What?
A church-wide auction held in the All-Purpose Room. There will be something for everyone, as there will be a silent auction, live auction, concessions, and free kid-sitting by high school and middle school students, so you can participate in the auction.
Why?
The auction proceeds will be split to benefit our next four trips for our Youth Ministries:
1) High School Mission Trip to Wheelersburg, Ohio, where we will be working with Appalachia Reach Out to repair homes, build ramps and porches, and restore hope for needy families. All mission projects will be funded by the auction.
2) Middle School Lead Camp Trips to Wisconsin in 2026 and 2027. Every year we have gone here, students have given their lives to Christ, renewed their commitment to Him, begun mentoring relationships, completed service projects at the camp, and had fun.
3) High School Belize Trip in 2027. This auction will fund all of the mission projects, helping to keep costs to a minimum.
How can I help?
We are looking for donations for our auction. Listed below are just a few of the many things that we would love to auction off:
Weekend, or week-long stays - in campers, cottages, cabins, vacation condos
New items - iPad, games, tools, housewares, furniture, gift certificates
Handcrafted items - kids’ items, furniture, clothing, decor
Homemade food items - baked goods, salsas, jams, farm fresh items, meats
Guided trips for hunting, fishing, boating
Tickets to a sporting event, recreational activity, or entertainment show
Services - snow plowing, lawn mowing, window washing, house cleaning, car wash
Financial Donations
Many of you represent businesses that don't have products or services that can be donated. If you would like, you can also simply donate money via Venmo @FRC-YouthMinistries or by providing a check payable to Fellowship Reformed Church with “Auction” in the memo and place it in Brian Boom’s mailbox.
All donations are tax-deductible.
